I attended a banquet here. There was plenty of free parking, service was fine. The Parkway Plaza Hotel has a swimming pool. It also has a bar featuring live music, and a restaurant that offers a great weekend brunch. A nice miniature golf course and an arcade are on site. There is a salon on site, but it is operated by others. This hotel and conference center is located at I-25 and Center St, convenient to downtown and with easy access to everything. Starbucks is next door.

Quite a nice little hotel. A little taken back from the outside but inside isn't too bad. Breakfast was the best I've gotten

I have stayed at this hotel for years and the experience was fantastic. However since the new owners have taken over the property, the experience at the Parkway Plaza has been horrible. The only good part about this visit was the staff. They were more than accommodating and friendly in every aspect. The rooms are dirty and dated. The restaurant has a menu that is one laminated page with about nine total items on it for their dinner menu. The hot tub was about sixty degrees and the color of ice tea. The sauna does not work. The pool and childrens' pool were around fifty degrees. A whole wing of the hotel has flooded, leaving the smell of mildew so strong I almost threw up trying to get to the fitness center. By the way the fitness center is not what what is shown on the website (a treadmill that doesn't work and an elliptical) . The trash cans at every entrance were full to overflowing with beer bottles and fast food detritus. I had to go to the front desk two days in a row to get fresh towels after I had called the front desk for linens. As a Casper resident, living abroad for work, I was truly disappointed and dismayed by the condition of one of the best hotels in Casper, and sad to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The room was like a sauna. The heat was turned off and we slept with the window open. This did little to cool the room off and we heard the trains all night long. Breakfast buffet was ok but the steam table didn't seem to be keeping anything hot. Overall the hotel is in serious disrepair and very dirty. We will find somewhere else to stay on future visits.

This place is the stuff of consumer's nightmares, by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I'm pretty sure the motel 6 has way better service and rooms than this place. The first thing I did when I entered the room was smash my shin on a hidden bed frame rail that was sticking out under the dirty bed skirt, my husband had to put the bed back into place so that the frame was no longer a hazard. I should have taken that as a sign, but I blindly assumed that it was just a human error. Unfortunately, we discovered that this entire property is one large conspiracy of human errors. The heater in our room was totally messed up, you had either all heat or no heat. When we voiced our concerns about it, we were told that there is nothing wrong with it, and the entire property was that way. The WI~FI only worked when you were close to certain areas, we were told that was also normal and nothing was wrong with it. Housekeeping could only bring one towel at a time. Our entire stay was one malfunction after another and no apologies offered. The front desk didn't seem to care that we were unhappy. I was under the impression that this hotel could handle large events, I was sadly mistaken. The room was not renovated as advertised, nor was it clean. The only way to cool off was to open the outside door ( not really something we wanted to do in February) TOTALLY THE WORST OF THE WORST! BEWARE!
