1/12/18 edit: Even more disappointed that Sasha chose to lie in her response down below. The majortiy of our party could NOT attend and we did cancel. Understanding the policy, we asked if they could try to rent the unit over the next 30 days and only charge us if they were unable to rent it. Also asked if they’d be open to applying some or all of our $850 cancellation fee to a future visit next year. Answer to both was No. It’s frustrating for me as a business professional to watch people make decisions like this... you made $850 and stuck to your policy but lost 2 potential customers that would have been loyal and given you business for years to come. This is a net loss for you over time. Then you tried to misrepresent the situation for other potential customers, which is unethical. Just be up front and let people know the agreement is set in stone and you never deviate from it, even if it means you’ll lose a customer. Can’t wait to get better and give my business to someone else! Original Post: Unfortunately I tore my Achilles’ tendon and am not able to travel in a month for our planned vacation. Our friends that reserved the condo just informed me that we still have to pay $850 even when cancelling 30 days ahead of time. Pretty disappointed in that level of customer service, particularly when there is still time to fill the rental. Thanks for kicking me while I’m down...

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and after a bit of confusion over some of the amenities, the Outpost team was very responsive and took good care of us.

The Outpost team was outstanding in every way during my family's visit to Jackson Hole. They helped plan activities and suggested a lot of really cool experiences like the Jackson Hole Eco Tour Adventure which we might not have done otherwise. And everyone we spoke with on the phone was really patient with all the questions from the group. 5 stars all the way. Thanks!!!

The Outpost crew was PHENOMENAL! They were all very responsive to all my needs, and were very nice. Had a great chat with them in person when I arrived about where to eat and go out in the evenings. They let us leave our gear in their office after we checked out while we killed time before our flights...they scheduled shuttles for us...I can't say enough great things about them. I will most definitely be hitting them up next time I travel to Jackson! :)

For a space-constrained destination like Jackson Hole, Outpost is truly a great find - we really appreciated our rustic and comfortable lodging, the helpful tips the staff shared on local food and bar options, and the activities were really unique and more difficult to book independently. Will 100% use again when we come back to beautiful Jackson!
