I wasn't sure what to expect in my April "Improve Your Power" Women's clinic. But I'm really glad I went. Shannon explained not only what was needed to do to increase my power, but how to do it. She taught and showed what exercises I needed to do to get more power, how to properly golf align my bodies (it's easier and harder than you think) and Lisa showed us the moves in action. Between the 2 of them, I felt it was well spent money and already I'm seeing a lot of improvement in my game. The only reason I didn't give DM Performance a 5/5 is because there's no follow up classes!!! (YET??) Yes, that's my drive. In my round of 18 holes I hit this 8 times. Thanks Shannon.

Have had a great experience working with Shannon. Felt stuck in my game. She's really helped me with flexibility and functionality which in turn improved my consistency as well as how far I hit the ball. Feel as I get older this has been the most impactful exercise in helping me improve my game.

I came to DM Golf Performance Inc. looking to improve my golf game and lower my score. I've accomplished those goals; however, the benefits are much more than a lower golf score. I now sleep better, have more energy and focus, feel less stressed, and have fewer aches and pains. Shannon initially assessed my mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance and designed a training program tailored to my abilities. My program continues to evolve as I my abilities improve. I've noticed that each of Shannon's clients, young or old, receive the same attention to detail and a program specific to the individual. I hope to continue training at DM Golf Performance for years to come.

I greatly enjoy working with Shannon. This will be my third winter working with her. Shannon is an excellent trainer, with the knowledge and experience to build routines to tackle trouble areas in your game as well as build programs around any injuries you may have. Personal, with multiple surgeries to my right knee, Shannon has been able to help me rebuild my strength and improve my game painlessly. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to improve their health and golf game.

Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable and uses her abilities to help improve my mobility. I came in very stiff and upright. She has allowed me to regain my posture and improve my golf swing. Shannon listens as well and can adapt a program around any injury or restriction. Her in depth knowledge of the golf swing makes it a seemless transition to the body and what needs to be strengthened. It has taken me 5 years to find someone with her hard to find skill set. I am glad I did
