I came in there with a 28" flat screen TV in perfect condition, the guy at the front counter told me it would only be worth 10 dollars to them but I couldn't help but notice a much older and lower quality television they had for 60 dollars. Employees weren't friendly by any means, long story short I went up the road to another pawn shop and got 38 dollars cash. The other pawn shop had a much greater selection as well and much nicer staff. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you are buying or selling anything because they have overpriced items and offer the lowest amount possible for anything you want to sell.

Was only person in the shop, 2 guys were behind the counter talking about ones girlfriend. Was looking at the handguns due to their ad on backpage about the "large selection". At no point could either of the employees be bothered to ask if I would like to see anything. Then a woman came from the back with a Ruger American pistol, the younger guy then proceeded to play with it, pointing at wall, cocking, dry firing, repeatedly. Considering that and the selection of mostly bottom end makes, talo, bersa, hi point. I was done and just left. The whole time the employees couldn't even bother to say hello/good bye.

Nice people, my husband had do pawn something and out of all the pawns shops we've been to in Tucson he felt like this was the best. Not only were they really nice but they also genuinely gave off the feeling that they cared.

They quoted me one price over the phone so when I came in I verified it was correct one guy said yes then another guy said wait no it's not and they wouldn't honor the quoted price. They tried to tell me they don't give quotes on games etc over the phone basically calling me a lier. Why would I travel from ruthrauff and La Cholla area all the way here if they didn't quote me a price. I found out the owners of this place are the same ones that sell at the swap meet on aisle 7 and they have done this there too. Because I need money and made this long to I had no choice but to seek my games etc for half or below the quoted price. I suggest you go someplace else, anyplace else, if you want to be treated more fairly and find better prices. They pay a dollar for stuff they sell for $5 and up. Buyers and sellers beware.

They worked with me a lot with buying my first gun, very nice, the best pawn shops I've ever been to.
