The resort had a rustic desert atmosphere while maintaining a certain class and comfort expected with a higher-end hotel. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was modest but not as comfortable as what we expected for the price (sliding door to a bathroom, without putting the toilet behind proper privacy door? Eek..) but the landscape, views, restaurants and pools balanced out the cons. Would recommend, but would probably not stay again unless we could get a room with a view (other than the staff parking lot).

A beautiful place... In the hills over Tucson with a beautiful view. They offer so many possibilities to explore the desert, take at least the 6 am morning hike. You'll love it! Prices are high, but worth every penny. I'll come back soon.

I was at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort for a professional event and had a fantastic time. The property was immaculate, the staff was helpful/friendly, and the amenities were top notch. In addition to all that, the resort has dich amazing views of the desert and Tucson, that I often found myself staring out the windows. The nightly events were amazing with fantastic food and drinks provided by the resort. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa for any events or celebrations.

Myself and 4 friends spent the day at the spa. 4 of us got massages and 1 got a pedicure. We all greatly enjoyed our treatments. We also spent time in the steam room, saline hot tub and pool. Then had a delicious lunch. We had a great time and plan to return. Rena did such a wonderful job organizing everything!

Absolutely stunning! The resort and its staff were absolutely amazing. The views were unlike any other, any where you stand the sights are breathtaking. The food and quality of service was nothing less the exceptional, this resort you must visit. And you must end your evening sitting on the back patio sitting by the fire and enjoying the lights of Tucson, 10 out of 10!
