We had the most amazing stay at the Omni this week!! The staff is incredible, the resort is beautiful and very relaxing. Almost every spot from the hotel has a great view. Charity at the concierge desk is so sweet! She helped arrange a gender reveal for us in the hotel! The bakery baked a fun cake for us and arranged for it to be in our room! They also gave us some amazing fudge! We can't wait to come back to this resort!

Had a great time at the Omni. It’s a beautiful place to walk, ride bikes or just relax. Several pools offer fun for all ages. There’s a nice mini-golf course on site. You won’t go hungry while there. There are several great restaurants available also. I’m Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views from the rooms in the main building. We stayed in one of the villas just down the road and were treated to a huge living area and room to sleep 6. Food was delicious in all the restaurants we are in, but the crown jewel of the property is the staff. Everyone was courteous, smiling, quick to open a door, and went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guest there. We will be back!

What a fantastic resort! Super friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful walkways through well kept grounds. The beach and rooms were first class. Great views! The only negative was the restaurants on grounds were very expensive so we went into town to eat.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait until 4:45 p.m. and then we still did not get the room we booked; a king, we got 2 queens! The hairdryer in our room was broken, the lights on the pathway to the pool area from our room were mostly out. It was too dark, even by the pool it seemed only every third light worked. An accident waiting to happen! Our room was near the elevator, it was very noisy. The rooms were clean but dated. We were underwhelmed and disappointed especially for the price. Over $300 per night plus a $50 a day resort fee and then everything (and I stress everything) was extra.:(
