I had been a client of Modern Eyez for many years. Last year they took two months to get my medically necessary contacts in because whoever was answering their phone was simply not bothering to order them. After getting angry, they were ordered. Then they received the wrong contacts, then just half the order. This year I had a vision emergency and I am trying to get eye glasses out of these people. Still waiting. Most of the staff does not care what your situation is. On several occasions they prove they will not do what they say they will. They are wholly unaccountable. If you cannot see because of their inaction, they DO NOT CARE. They will definitely not go above or beyond. I don’t think they ever would bother themselves because it’s the right thing to do. After many years at this clinic, I say NEVER AGAIN!

Came in to pick up my glasses when they told me it was gonna be 2 weeks. Guess what... Not even ready and they place that blame on the "lab". Contacts are terrible since all they did was scratch my eyes. They offer to sell me a different brand rather than exchanging the product. Better off searching for a new provider.

I’ve been going to Dr Davis for almost 11 years now. She’s the only eye doctor I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve had nothing but the best service each and every time.

By far the best eye exam I've ever had! The doctor and her staff were all very friendly (but professional) and gave me a very thorough exam. The office itself is extremely nice and very clean. I also liked that the tech who was giving me the initial tests wiped down the equipment while I was in the room before we began (you like to think everything gets wiped down between patients anywhere you go but it was nice to see it done for sure). I did see some of the other reviews regarding the staff and doctors professionalism but I can honestly say I didn't see or experience anything negative on any level. So if you need to have an eye exam, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I had my appointment today and I was really impressed with the level of service I received. The office is absolutely gorgeous and has top-of-the-line equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The doctor was on time, knowledgeable efficient and very patient with me when I asked questions about my vision. The pricing with my insurance was very reasonable. I received an eye exam, contact fitting, and was able to utilize the no dilation procedure which was very convenient. I'm a very a very happy patient and will be returning.
