iRepair was just awful to work with. I HIGHLY recommend you seek a different shop for your repairs. We dropped off an iPhone 7 to have the screen replaced at iRepair b/c it was close to our house. Everything was working just fine on the phone when we dropped it off. It just needed a new screen. Received a call a few hours later stating that there were numerous problems with the phone (touch pad was broken and no longer responding properly, camera was broken and not responding, etc.). We were told that the screen replacement went just fine but that they were unable to fix these other problems so they would refund our money and put the damaged screen back on. We explained that those problems were nonexistent when we dropped the phone off for repair and we wanted to know what happened to cause the problems. The tech claimed that this happens sometimes when you replace a screen and there is nothing he can do about it b/c we signed stating we understood there are inherent risks to repairing a phone. He claimed they did absolutely nothing wrong and that this was a problem with Apple themselves. We expressed our concern, but acknowledged that we signed their waiver so there was really nothing more we could do. Took the phone to a shop near Cottonwood Mall (where we’ve done business successfully before). The techs tried to fix the phone, but said they found substantial deep scratches across the motherboard. Although the tech couldn’t prove it, he felt like it was likely that the screen was not removed properly and that instead it was pried off doing damage to the internal components. Our phone had never previously been worked on so there was no reason it should have been scratched let alone damaged. We took the phone to Apple and received confirmation of this finding as well. To Apple’s credit, they worked with us to replace the phone and did a beautiful job. iRepair, not so much. iRepair refused to acknowledge any wrong doing in this matter and was unwilling to admit that they could have caused this problem. They repeatedly shifted blame to Apple when iRepair clearly damaged our phone. Send your business elsewhere.

Excellent service ! I had a broken I-phone sitting for years . They were able to pull the pics and data and put it on a zip drive . Good price as quoted and done in a short time .

I went there this past Sunday morning (2/4/18) and the guy was sleeping. He didn't even hear me walk in, so I was awkwardly waiting at the counter until he woke up.

These guys at iRepairs Wireless are by far and away the best cell phone repair shop in town! They have helped me out multiple times with the same issue I have had with my camera phone. They have huge hearts and the best customer service you could ever ask for. They are not only great at what they do, but super fast too! I was amazed at the speed they can turn around a broken phone - they had me on my way in 10-15 min! Their prices are also way better than their competitors. I love these guys and there's no other place to go when repairing anything electronic.
