Very convenient location(s) and hours. So far we’ve had great care and the staff have for the most part been very helpful and reassuring to us as paranoid new parents. We’ve never had to wait very long in either the waiting area or the room once called in. My only complaint is the seating area for parents, both in the waiting area and the rooms are these awful, uncomfortable metal park benches. I’m sure they’re easy to clean at least.

I took my daughter on a Wednesday morning. Doctor told me my daughter JUST had a VIRAL infection. I was not happy about the answer because my daughter had been sick for 4 days. So i decided to take her to another doctor. It turns out my daughter had pneumonia. So i called them to see if it was possible to get pneumonia from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. All they had to say is they can get better or worse! We take our children to be seen by a doctor not so you can charge our insurance. I want to know what is wrong with my child and to give her the right care. I believe every parent goes to a doctors office for the same reason. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Sean, the PA is awesome! My son loves him and always gives him a hug. He makes a not so fun visit as fun as it can be! I really like the same day appts, after work hour availability, weekend location and nice staff. VERY pleased!

Montgomery Location - Just another pediatric clinic that treats children like cattle. The atmosphere is horrible, not a single poster or painting hung on the walls in neither the waiting room nor the exam rooms. Place felt dirty. In our exam room there was actually trash on the counter from the previous patient. The most uncomfortable "park" bench to sit on in the exam room and no paper on the patient bed. Dirt pile in the corner of the room and this is me being kind. Nurse had a bunch of gross piercings in her face which I find unprofessional. Then the nurse practitioner, not the doctor I was expecting to see, was dressed like she was going to the club. My 4 year old son and I waited an hour past his appointment time just so she could see him for literally five minutes. She shrugged off most of the symptoms I was giving her almost as if I was an idiot for telling her. She was rude to my son who was so sick he couldn't talk and actually was mean to him for shaking his head no instead of saying it. She made him say "no". No information on his diagnosis, no follow up papers and had to walk ourselves out. Ridiculous. I don't understand why people are in this health care field if they find children annoying and have no problem letting it affect the patients experience. If I hadn't been up all night from taking care of my sick kiddo on top of being pregnant, I probably would have said something because I was so dissatisfied and disgusted.

We absolutely would recommend this location to anyone. The decor is a little sterile (metal park bench type parent seating), but the care is fantastic!!!!!!!! We have three children who have been seen for everything from sports physicals to asthma attacks to weird infections, and the providers/staff have never missed a beat in caring for them. We even had one child misdiagnosed at one of the urgent care facilities in the city, but was immediately seen, properly diagnosed and treated at After Hours Pediatrics. Dr. Ian, Dr Jimenez, and Dr. Gallegos, and all the staff, you have our praise!!!
