I bought a Duracell truck battery online from B+B, great price! Great 2-year free replacement guarantee. Went to the local Batteries Plus Bulbs store. They took out my old battery and installed my new battery in minutes, free of charge! They were personable, quick, and plain friendly! Great service! I’m tickled. I was happy to leave a tip (unsolicited).

Excellent inventory, great service and fair pricing. You might can find a less expensive battery elsewhere, but it won't perform the same as the premium batteries at Batteries Plus Bulbs..

Called to check on replacement battery 12V battery on my Prius, reviews on batteries plus were positive since other customers had free install and lifetime warranty at other locations. When I checked, price was a little higher in-store than I could order elsewhere online to ship and install myself but the extra cost was worth the difference. When I called, there was no install available on my model car. I continued my research for other options and in the end, I will get a battery with installation included for about $60 less at a national chain car parts store, not including the core charge. I understand this is a local franchise but will be considering taking my battery replacement for my watch and iPad screen replacement elsewhere, even if another local, but not as close options. For my non-replacement needed battery needs, will keep my business online.

My wife and I went to the store at Broadway and 15th before Christmas to have her iPhone 6S battery replaced. The employees were incredible! The phone was ringing off the hook, and during the time we were there (with a previously scheduled appointment), the off-the-street and through-the-door traffic was constant. Whatever you are doing for customer service training is WORKING! The two employees managed all of their tasks brilliantly, answered phones, greeted customers, and they were never anything less than sweet and kind and welcoming. I was blown away, because I know how hard it is to have employees working hourly jobs with that level of customer service and company loyalty. Impressive.
