Me, my brother, and brother-in-law go camping every spring here. We also bring our kids so the wives can have a weekend without the little ones. We have always had a great time. There are several camp sites to choose from so you will definitely find one to your liking. The park is clean, as are the bathrooms, and there are trashcans throughout the park which are emptied regularly. It costs $24 to camp for the night but two tents and two cars are allowed at each campsite. One great thing about camping here is, you're not to far from the city in case of an emergency. I highly recommend Lake Arcadia for a quick getaway to nature with the family.

Camped one night here at primitive campsite in a tent. Great location and felt safe with other campers nearby but still had privacy. Restrooms were adequate however no shower at primitive site. Had to go to the RV site to use showers which was okay but not within walking distance. Price to pay for a primitive site was high.

We live in Edmond, but we just don't go here often, unfortunately. We love the outdoors and would love to kayak, walk, and ride at Arcadia often, but we are always so disappointed by the amount of trash at Arcadia. The shoreline is littered with fishing line, glass, plastic bottles, cigarettes, beer cans, bait containers, etc. It's damn depressing. Part of any trip we take to public lands is picking up the trash of careless visitors, but it feels like a lost cause here. It's just too much. Please people, leave no trace; do it for yourself, other visitors, and for wildlife. Our public land options in OK are very limited, let's take pride and make what we have beautiful.

Went for supposedly FREE eagle watch and Was told we were to pay $3. Other than that enjoyed the hiking trail.
