The hotel was great. The beds were fairly comfy and staff were friendly as could be. It was the off season when I visited so the water park wasent open yet but they did have a lovely heated outside pool which the kids enjoyed. One thing i felt was unique was how fast the elevators were, great so you don't have to wait long.

Great rates, clean rooms, and kind and helpful staff. It is close to the beaches and a lot of restaurants. The pool is clean, large, and heated. The scenery is beautiful. Lots of palm trees. They have large decks on each level. We really enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back!

I expected for everything to be open and running but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the water park was closed so we had no fun. They should have warned me around the time of my reservation that the water park and restaurant would be closed instead I made my reservation thinking it will be open and when I got there the hotel and for me that everything was closed and by that being on another Island that took so long to get there I am my children decided to stay they overpriced they room only good thing they have was that the swimming pool outside was heated meaning when u put your foot inside to check the temp the water was warm

1st night we checked in, staff was amazing. Our toilet got clogged and Unfortunately they did not have another room that would accommodate us so they opened a room just so we could use that bathroom. Second day we are at the restaurant and pd 175.00 for food that was not worth the money. Supposed cooked good was still frozen. But again the staff has been amazing. The water park was good for my younger kids but they didn't have enough for entertainment for my older ones. There are 3 slides and they all require tubes. Over all my kids rated it a 5 but as a parent I would say 4
