Today was my last visit to this place. Perhaps at absolute peak times the food would be fresh but of the 3 times I've been to this location it has not been. I was there at 6:00 pm though so not sure it ever gets busy enough to create fast enough turnover to keep the food fresh. I asked about the "red flakes" I could see in one of their dishes and their response was "I don't know, we don't make the sauce." This info came from the manager-looking guy after the front line server couldn't answer. Not good enough. You must know what you're serving. Once we got our food we attempted to find a clean family-sized table but there were none despite there being only one other person sitting down and eating. We picked the least dirty one and at no point did anyone clean the dirty tables around us either. For the money it cost, I could have purchased much more satisfying food elsewhere and there are plenty of choices in the area.

Only been there twice both times my experience was excellent. Food was good best part no MSG. It seems to be a fair price also.

Was in there at about 6:30PM and there was so little to choose from, it was almost like I showed up five minutes til closing. Very disappointing as I had never tried Panda Express before. What I did get was pretty average. Might just be this location.

To be fair we weren't expecting much as let's be honest it is a fast food restaurant, the food was hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. What we were really impressed about was the service!! We were greeted by the whole team as we walked into the place, when one was busy someone else stepped in to help. They asked if we wanted to donate to their charity and when we did, the cashier rang a little bell and the whole staff called out thank you!! There is a lot of (non fast food) places in Edmonton and area that could learn a few things about how to take care of a customer!!!
