Yikes! I should have read the reviews. I'm not giving a 1 star review because the drinks were delicious. I had a raspberry Lemonade and my husband had a peach sangria. They were nice but that were it ended. My husbands chicken wrap had the texture of wallpaper. The bacon turned to dust when he bit it, the lettuce was limp, and the chicken was just off. Overall after the first bite he knew he couldn't go back in for another. He sent it back and was no longer hungry for anything else. My med-rare stake was well done and had a chalky texture. My bacon wrapped scallops were shriveled brown and devoid of any moisture. Most perplexing was my baked potato, despite being wrapped in foil had that rubbery microwaved too long texture. We actually felt terrible for the server who told us she was in training. Get your training and then go work somewhere with better food! Oh I didn't even mention the bathrooms! Just don't.

Terrible service and food. Yesterday me and some friends went and sat down and waited at least 15 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. We decided we would just go across to the Old Spaghetti Factory instead. We get up and she asks if we're leaving and that we need to pay for the drinks that weren't even made yet. She was really rude the entire time. As we were about to leave that's when she started to make the drink. We left anyway and she called security on us. They said we had to pay it because one of the drinks contained alcohol. Are you effing kidding me?!?!? She stared at us the whole time across. I ended up paying it and security followed and watched me the whole time 😂 I really wish I got that waitresses name.. never again.

My friends and I came here in October. The service was so slow that we almost left (we wish that we had). When our drinks finally came they were extremely watered down (2 of us drinking maybe twice a year and get tipsy off of half a glass of wine) We hoped that the food would be better but when our food came the Cajun chicken was boiled chicken with seasoning salt lightly sprinkled on it and the salad was soggy and tasteless. The wrap was soggy and tasteless as well. We ended up eating my 3rd friend’s fries and gravy. None of us finished our meals despite being very hungry. I was very disappointed in this place. The prices are high for what they are serving. I will never be back here and I intent on telling every person that I know that is going to west ed to absolutely not eat at this restaurant.

Delicious food and steak everytime I go there together with my friends before when I still residing at Edmonton. I love their steak and their drinks. It was all perfect not mentioning the service time that it was kinda slow(but it's okay for me because I can wait patiently for my food to be serve).

Tonight we went to have dinner at this location and it wasn't like anything I had ever experienced. There was a sign on the outside of the door that clearly stated please wait to be seated so we waited to be seated. We stood there and waited for over 10 mins with another couple right beside the desk. I watched as workers inside the restaurant clearly saw us standing there waiting to be seated and completely ignored us all. I was in disbelief feeling invisible. We looked inside and over half the tables were empty and the ones that were empty were covered in dishes and waste. We tried to wait and give them the benefit of the doubt, however we were tired of waiting for acknowledgement to even get in. We went down to Tony Romas instead and waited for a seat. I looked over and watched the other couple and their children stand there at least another 10 minutes to get in and they were there before we were. For a restaurant clearly in need of patrons with other locations closing down this service was atrocious!!!
