Stopped on a Thursday evening for a quick dinner. Got seated quickly, but they were apparently short on service staff, as it took some time to get drink orders in. The waitress who did wait on us was very helpful and pleasant, but we overheard talk of her taking on extra tables, so she was spread thin. Food arrived in a reasonable time, was hot and good. Manager came by and helped out by grabbing refills for our table. All in all, good for the quick dinner we we're looking for, but needs more wait staff or better management of what they do have. We'd go again.

Lovely place for family dinners. Always have a nice time here. Sometimes the service is bad but most times it's amazing. I go here every year for my birthday, and if you tell the guests that it's your birthday all the staff will grab everyone in the restaurants attention and sing you a special red Robin happy birthday song! Always enjoy that.

Enjoyed the food. Has a great menu for kids. We went there during their shift change though and they are very unorganized during that time. The servers are great but management just kind of stands around watching their servers run around trying to pick up where the last left off. The man that served us was great. Brought out kids meals early and kept our table clean and organized.

The food is good and the kids menu has the biggest selection I have seen. We used to like coming here but noticed in the last year the service has slipped. On the last two occasions we were seated right away and got our drinks and food pretty fast. However, getting the bill and machine took forever. On the last occasion, after waiting for 30 min after finishing our meal I told my husband I was taking our 2 year old daughter outside to run around within earshot of the waitress. She came right away to see if we were done and if we were ready for the bill. It then took 10min for my husband to get the bill and machine. You would think that getting paid would be high on the list but apparently they would prefer you to sit in the restaurant with a screaming toddler.

My lunch here was tasty. The home made fries are awesome. I had a beef dip that was also delicious and my date had the fish and chips. Service was great. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and quick. One drawback - very noisy. High ceilings amplify the noise of the people and kitchen and it's difficult to relax and have a conversation.
