Very disappointed about new menu, after several changes, the food was bland, they forgot ingredients in the food, they don't include salad with entrees anymore. Although, the service was great, the waitress was efficient and work hard to offer us her best service. I think is the best place for sea food. Personally I enjoy more at the south location because it's a little bit less crowded. But the West location is fine, try to arrive at least 30 minutes before you want to eat. The four course is an option if you want to save some money.

The calamari was not good. I was worried about food poisoning. It smelled bad and had an old fishy taste. I was very surprised at the quality for the prices we paid. Moxies a steak house has much better calamari and service. The prices were outrageous. The biscuits are not what they used to be either. We never go back. And do not recommend going there. I should have listened to the kitchen staff when they told me how grouse and cheep it was.

Was at Red Lobster two weeks ago, and food, and service was great. This evening however, and though I got a $15 rebate. The pieces of lobster tail I received were in fact, old, and brown. I doubt Red Lobster will be seeing us again. Instead we're heading over to Spruce Grove to get our seafood fresh, and cook it ourselves if necessary. Restaurant's in Edmonton better take heed. We will pay for our food, but will always refuse subpar ingredients.

We've been going on and off here for many years. Never really had bad service. Today was excellent service again. We still recommend this place. We walked out of Red Lobster full and happy.

Family went for our son’s birthday dinner. We all enjoyed our meal and was a good variety of different meals so everyone could find something they would like. It was a Sunday and very busy, but service was good and no issues through out the meal. Will go again.
