A little hit and miss here everybody! Quality of food is often high, however the quality of service is often low, and very slow. Granted I feel that some of the workers are trying their best, and they're just a product of what tools they have to work with. Often times 3 or 4 people in line can turn into a 20 to 25 minutes wait. A little slow for fast food. Hopefully they improve on everything soon. Maybe pick up a couple extra workers during the busy times.

The gravy was so watered down it did not taste like KFC gravy. My piece of chicken was almost dry enough to be jerky. The fries were good.

People working there were very slow and couldn't figure out how to order your food. Mine finally came and the chicken was so small on my burger that it was not even half. Then they gave me the wrong wrap on the side. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Will not eat there again.

Had to wait 10 mins for chicken but everything was hot and fresh.

Did not have extra crispy chicken. How does a store run out of fixins?
