I had initially given Sorso only 2 stars last year and stopped going due to super bad experiences with rude staff members. I gave them another try a few months ago. They’ve completely turned things around and have the friendliest staff, the most delicious food, and an awesome atmosphere. This place is now everything I thought it should be in the beginning. Will be a regular from now on :) the french girl that usually runs the drive thru and counter is doing an exceptional job and helped us pick out coffee and ground it for us! I appreciate it!

Food was great! I had the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich (lovely) which also came with the soup of the day (a delicious butternut squash soup if I remember correctly). It was rather pricey -- around $25 for a sandwich and a London fog -- and quite busy during the later part of the lunch hour, though I shouldn't have been surprised, since it's basically across the road from a high school. But sitting alone, I was able to snag the final "undesirable table" right on the path leading behind the bar and to the back for the restroom (I was hardly bothered at all by this location, despite my initial reservations). Service was good, and I was left alone to do a little streaming on the free WiFi as I enjoyed my London Fog. Overall, many improvements to the menu and atmosphere since I first started going there when it first opened. Probably swing by there some night soon for a glass of vino since it's within sophisticated stumbling distance from home.

Everything is really good, but pricing makes it hard to go as often as I would like. Starbucks is more affordable and has a rewards program so they more often than not earn my business. But Sorso is a nice treat when it happens!

I love coming here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing, the coffee and food is amazing, and the people working always make my day. Janessa is THE BEST, I'm always so glad to see she's working. This has become one of our favourite date spots!

My all time favourite coffee shop! I love that they use Rosso beans for their house coffee, it is amazing! I was so impressed this fall that they made their own pumpkin spice mix (with actual pumpkin) for their latte. I usually stay away from those kinds of drinks because of the high sugar content. But they even used their own handmade sugar concentrate and used only a small amount of it. It was the most perfect pumpkin spice latte ever. I'm excited to see what they come up with next! They also have a great food menu with some healthier options as well. My kids love their book corner!
