When this restaurant first opened, the food and service were both very good. I feel that as time passed, the service remains very good, however the quality of the food is not as good as it once was. My burger appeared hastily made and was falling apart as I ate it, also the bacon was dry and crunchy. The fries were good, but not great like they once were, and my wife's banana milkshake had very little banana flavor. The restaurant was not busy either, there were only 6 other guests in the restaurant at the time, which was surprising as it was only about 7:30pm. The place was clean, and the staff were quick to clean up after guests left the restaurant. I would visit again in the future, but 5 Guy's Hamburgers would not be my first choice in the area.

They put a lot of effort into their burgers and they are very fresh, but the quality of ingredients has always seemed low to me. The meat is dry, the cheese is "plastic" and the bacon is very thin and black (think cheap breakfast buffet). See pic for example. They charge $2 for cheese and bacon which might be worth it if they were good quality. I like that the burgers are made to order, but I expect them to be much better. The fries are really good and I like the peanuts to snack on while waiting. Service was friendly but slow. I will likely never go to 5 guys again because I've had the same experience (poor ingredients and dry meat) at 3 different locations.

This is a great burger place. The food is always consistent. You know what you are going to get. You can watch them cook it so you know it's fresh and hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for half an hour like some other places. Also, if you love bag fries like I do you have to go here at least once to try it. Bag fries galore! 😃 Every time I've been here it's been pretty quick and if you are starving, there are free peanuts in the shell to snack on.

Five guys. What else? In the fast food industry, it's certainly the most delicious fries and burger you will find. The place is a little bit too noisy but the food is good. Don't expect to have a menu under $15. It's a good quality beef you have there. If you are looking for a fast food with some tasty fries and juicy burger, it's a no brainer, 5 guys. Unlimited free refill for the drinks and more things to discover. If only they could give free menu for good reviews lolll I recommend this place. I gave 4/5 stars because of the price. A little bit too high. But hey this is the price of quality.

They're always so friendly when we go in, quick service and the food is awesome. The burgers are so delicious and their fries are nice and crispy! They also just added milkshakes which I think are great. Would recommend unless you have a peanut allergy as their fries are fried in peanut oil.
