They forget parts of my orders all of the time. Last time i go to that location. Just got home to find out that two sandwhiches I paid for arent in the bag. Too late to go back now. Get your act together.

Fries were a little over half full and burger was literally slapped together. McDonald's should be able to afford to give us extra considering they have robot employees now.

Drive Thru is Bad, VERY bad - BEFORE you leave the window check your items one by one. They will likely have forgotten something. Yes, they offer a replacement but you are already on the road so they know it is unlikely you will return for a bag of fries! I am sure they make a LOT of extra income this way. I wonder if the CRA checks this income source??

Usually get my coffee order incorrect, busy inside a lot. Not the greatest neighbourhood but I’ll continue to go here because it’s convenient.

Had to wait 15 minutes for my breakfast without any explanation until I finally got my coffee after waiting and the server said it was because of the machine that they used to make mochas was having problems. Why didn't they tell me when they gave me my mcmuffin 15 minutes earlier that the machine was having issues so that I could just ask for a simple coffee instead of making me wait for so long? I even repeatedly asked where my mocha was and all they ever said was "it is coming". Absolutely terrible customer service and this is my first ever terrible experience. Very disappointed.
