Took kids for dinner on Sunday. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that had many a 3rd of its tables occupied. The it took another 10 to be acknowledged and order drinks. In the 20 minutes after getting our drinks, with no signs of the waitress to take our meal order, we considered leaving several times. When the food came, we wished we had left! The food was either not what was ordered, or overcooked or cold... Very disappointing. Waitress didn't really seem to care much about anything. Not sure what's going on there and I've had bad service before, but the food would always be good. We used to love Montana's, but after this experience, it's very unlikely well go back!

I love Montana's. The food is incredible and the experience is superb. When you done at this restaurant, it isn't just the menu that is impressive, the decor and the environment is what makes Montana's special. One thing that could be improved is the wait time for seating and for the food. Other than that this place is a must if you're in the area

We took our grandchildren for lunch at Montana's here in Sherwood Park on Friday March 02, 2018. We arrived shortly before noon and waited 10 minutes just to be seated. There were also 6 others waiting too. We could see only two people working, covering the bar, the eating section and the front desk. We came to the conclusion that if we waited any longer and finally did get seated it would be "forever" before we even go our food. We decided to go else where, and the place was busy, great service, seated when we came in the door, great food, and we were made feel that we were appreciated, not ignored. It will be a long, long time before we return to Montana's and I don't think our grandchildren will ask to go there either.

The interior is cool and the prices seam reasonable. They have a great kid menu. And the beer is cold.

Went to Montana's for lunch today and was surprised to see the place very empty at peak lunch hour. For a drink, I ordered a bottle of beer with a chilled glass but the beer came back warm but the waitress was polite and exchanged it with a beer on tap instead which was colder. Than I ordered a Sirloin Steak medium rare but when it came, it was way overcooked and literally burnt. Was not at all impressed with the food and will never return there again. I guess the lack of customers at peak hours can be explained by the quality of services being offered.
