Food was excellent and at the high price range for value, but VERY good when talking about flavour and presentation values. Koodos to the chef and her kitchen staff, they deserve all the accolades that can be heaped upon them. Unfortunately while conversing with my wait staff i found out that the servers have no idea or control over what tips they have brought in, only the administration staff handles the dispersal of those tips (percentages to: kitchen staff, servers) then the administration takes it upon themselves to collect the taxes from said tips as well. My server said that they had earned upwards of $40/$50 per WEEK in tips... which i found absurd since the server was very cordial, well mannered and extremely knowledgable with the all menus (breakfast/lunch/dinner/wine/beverage/dessert showcase) With this knowledge i find it difficult to tip appropriately or even continue my patronage of this establishment knowing that these people earn close to, if not minimum wage and are being taken advantage of by administration.

Great food! The warm potato salad very satisfying. The best item in the Fall menu is the Osso Bucco. Lovely desserts. Staff are very accommodating.
