Good food, slower service as its only one person on. Not usually busy. The pitas always fall apart though

If I could give this less I would. I found a black hair in my chicken fajita pita (I am blonde, definitely not mine). I went back to Pita Pit... this stuff happens. I brought my pita, with the hair, and the bits that I spit out. The hair was CLEARLY there. The woman threw it out. I requested a buffalo chicken as the other almost made me vomit. The staff then proceeded to tell me that there was no hair and that I musty wanted a different kind. I explained that she was incorrect. I asked for her to retrieve my pita from the bin. She refused. And told me she didn't see it. I told hee to not even make me a new pita and again asked to see three original pita. The woman just laughed and gave me the new pita which I no longer have an appetite for. TERRIBLE customer service!

all the ingredients were nice and fresh! Their bowls are a nice addition. A tad overpriced, but the food has good quality

Very tasty. I find the owner to be very friendly though sometimes her staff can be less so when she isn't around.

I use to go here all the time until they changed the management. The Lady who is the Manager is extremely rude and cheap. Whenever you ask for anything extra she puts in like nothing no matter if you say if you'll pay extra, she has told me no in the end that it doesn't matter and she cant do that. I had a complain over the taste and dryness of my pita and called her and all she told me was that I could bring it back and get a new one even though I still had 4 more hours of work. Like seriously expected me to not have my lunch anymore and wait to eat til after so she could fix it? I have never heard of anyone saying that before. will not be going back or recommend this place to anyone.
