Took forever to even get drinks. When they did come, instead of just giving me my straw, the waiter decided he was going to remove it from it's packaging by mashing it into the table, in a stabbing motion while growling at it. Then he gave me the straw and it was obviously broken, then he walked away. I thought it was funny actually. The parts that give this a 1 star review are, we got served our meal with no cutlery and it took forever to get some. When I did get it, the fork had bits of dried food on it. The worst part, and the incentive to this review, I've felt sick multiple times after eating there and I've been on the toilet for quite a while. I probably won't be back. And if I do, it'll be to watch that waiter break drinking straws to give to people in a comical fashion

A pretty great place for a nice casual meal in Sherwood Park. The burgers (double cheeseburger in my case) were huge, as in huge huge. The super bird sandwhich was delicious. The servers were friendly and food came quite fast.

The service from our server was great, he (craig) was friendly, very polite and equally a great personality to have take our orders. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the kitchen making our food after everyone that walked in the restaurant before ours. It took 40+ minutes to get our food and its very disappointing as a such. The food when finally after that long wait arrived was good, warm and I was satisfied with my meal.

Sandra O the waitress was awesome. She write down exactly what I wanted. The staff in the kitchen had problems completing my. Order as requested. I asked for more Xrisp bacon 🥓 instead if the sausages. A young lady brought the plate out and when I looked down there were 2 sausages on my plate. The "well-done" toast I ordered was barely warm let alone toasted. I let the toast to but asked the waitress to exchange 💱 the sausages for the crisp bacon 🥓.she had no prolem doing so. BUT once again the bacon 🥓 was "not even cooked let alone crisp!! Sandra took one look at it and took it right back and told the kitchen staff to Cook the bacon 🥓 and add 2.more pieces fir the aggravation ! So to sum it up the waiting was great! Kitchen staff were having a bad day.

We went here with my family. Food was good and came out fast. The restaurant was renovated and cleaned up from out last visit. The waitress was friendly and cheerful as well.
