I've given this restaurant multiple chances in the past five years. Every time I get there I instantly regret going. Once seated we usually wait about 15 or so minutes just for our drink order. To order food you'll probably be there for 30 minutes before they take your order. Longest wait of my life when all said and done. Not to mention my last visit in the bar area with a rude server who barely acknowledged my friend and I.. We had to ask if she could order a drink when she arrived shortly after me. I'm wondering if Montana's head office is aware of the ridiculous service here.. As everyone I talk to says the exact same thing. Not to mention the worst instant coffee I've had in my life. I tried out south Edmonton common Montana's two days ago and the service was excellent.. So don't give up on Montana's because of this location

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only were the staff rude and stand-offish we had to wait for our food for a good 40 minutes and when our food came the stake was dry and had a lot of fat on it. And some customers that came after us were served before we got our food. When the food came it was cold and the waiter refused to take it back and we ordered dessert that never came after 15 minutes of waiting we got frustrated and just left. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I for one will never step foot in it again!!

My husband and I went here for lunch, Jordan was the only server and he had several tables. We received our appetizers hot and on time and our meal was served hot and perfectly. Jordan gave excellent service even though he was stretched to the max! I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed in having to pay 1.99$ for a tablespoon of guacamole.

This is our go to for family events with our children! The service and food at this location are excellent, and it seems like they do a better than average job of keeping longer term staff. Thank you to all of you for many wonderful family celebrations :)

I've come here many times and it used to be good. Tonight was awful. We waited 20 min for a table when half the restaurant was empty. Then another 30 min for my drinks. One of the appetizers came out before the drinks and then they said they were out of the other appetizer we ordered. This restaurant has been getting progressively worse over the last year and this will be my last visit.
