Today was my second time being to red Robin and my second time having a bad experience. First time was last summer in 2017. There was ants everywhere. On the floor on our seats and we even found some crawling on our table and window ledge. We didn't stay for dessert. And now today. Wanted to go somewhere relatively cheap with good food in a family atmosphere, so we decided on red robin. No ants this time but I ordered the Smoke and pepper burger and it was raw in the middle. I showed my waitress and she took it off our bill. We are never going back and I don't recommend others to go there.

I love the franchise. The food is great. However this location I always seem to have something wrong here and I don't get the same server twice, ever. There seems to be issues on a management level that need addressing.

I really enjoy Red Robin, but this particular location is poorly managed. -Food is almost always slow. -Food quality is inconsistent, with burgers burnt half the time or fried foods tasting of fish from unclean oil. -Seating is more often than not an exercise in frustration. I was loathe to post a review, as I find the servers and bar staff good, friendly people doing their best to provide customer service. However, my last visit I wasn't able to be seated as the dining room floor was booked entirely - a fact that wasn't revealed when we were told to wait 15 minutes. It wasn't until more than a half hour passed that the front would say anything to the crowded waiting area. I wish this was a one-time occurrence. I've sat through yelled arguments in the kitchen, Kitchen issues, and corporate spokespeople bothering us while we eat. It's a real shame - I really like eating at Red Robin when everything is smooth.

I've been to Red Robin on the south side and never disappointed. This particular location might be having a bad day. Pickles were way way to salty as they come pre seasoned and not evenly coated. Lets just says when you are out of something, inform the customer before the burger is in front of them. So the replacement sauce comes on instead of few minutes later on the side. Service was good and friendly. A bonus, I got two orders of the bottomless broccoli to go. That made my day!

Dirty restaurant, poor service. Overpriced for the quality of the place. Overall highly unimpressed
