Food was good with a comfortable atmosphere. The quality of service had room for improvement. We had a 10 minute wait for a table (7 of us in our party) so that was good. Located in a plaza so we were able to do a bit of shopping after our meal. The up escalator was not working when we arrived which was a challenge for some of our guests but they had it fixed by the time we were leaving.

Every mothers day we came to banff for the weekend but in the last few years we've stopped coming here. It's been awhile since I've eaten at the old spaghetti factory. When we came here we were placed in a far corner booth kind of away from everyone else but we had a nice view. I thought the service would be a bit lacking considering we were put of sight out of mind but I was very pleased that the service was quick and attentive! Always a pleasure to eat here.

Ewan E. Was the most amazing server on Earth. He is actually god-like and he deserves a promotion. Ewan, you are so cool... if you are reading this, I hope that you're still working there. You gave an impeccable performance regarding serving our band and it made my supper expirience much more enjoyable. My friend wanted a bendy straw, but they had none. Ewan went out of his way to bend a straw for my friend, and it worked even better than a bendy straw. My boy Ewan is the definition of a fullsend, and he is a living legend.

Server was awesome! Food and drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend. Had muscles, veggie lasagna and seafood linguine.
