Love this place and I feel like there is nothing else like it anywhere else I have been! Not sure if they still serve peanuts but when I went there the floor had peanut shells all over it around the bar which added to the vibe! They have amazing nachos I will admit. They layer every layer!

I’m giving this a two star rating based on the unforgivable “tacos” I was given for $5.25 each. THEY WERE HAMBURGER TACOS THAT YOUD MAKE AT HOME! Yes they had some “fancy” garnish. But at the end of the day, they were old El Paso tacos. Was super disappointed considering people recommended this place based off their “Mexican” menu. NOW I didn’t try anything else, but if the beef taco represents their Mexican food, then I don’t want none of it. Sorry Magpie, if I’m paying 5.25$ for a taco, it better be something I CANT immediately throw together at home. Giving two stars for the friendly service

Fantastic food, very authentic Mexican dishes with some Canadian twists. Large portions so come hungry. Great decor, friendly atmosphere. Staff is quick and super helpful with the menu. Also have an amazing tequila & mezcal menu. Highly recommend this place. Go early or go late, it gets busy! Definitely on my list of must visits next time we are in Banff. 👌

The food here was disappointingly bland. Love the atmosphere and they do a great margherita but we ordered a number of items and shared them and not one was noteworthy. Nothing terrible just really tasteless. I have memories of this place 20 years ago and the food was fantastic. I was sad to see they no longer live up to their reputation.

Delicious tacos! Atmosphere was fun and server was friendly. Also - awesome drink specials.
