This location started out good. I actually used to drive farther that I had to to come to this location when I felt the craving. Now, it's just brutal. The biggest problem I have isn't actually the food. It's that the staff are either not paying attention, intellectually deficient, or are stealing from customers. I can't tell you how many times I've been shorted the food I ordered. Missing fries, missing patties, etc. The latest one was chicken fingers. Order 3 piece, get 2. Like they literally can't be bothered to count before they put it in the bag. Or they're stealing. I'll be sending this to their complaint line this time. Enough is enough.

Super slow and my burger tasted like cardboard... Never going back.. I gave them a few Chance's and every time it gets worse..

So slow. I ordered a single burger with no one waiting behind me, but was still asked to pull into the parking lot and wait about 10 minutes for the burger. I figured the first few times this happened there was some unique situation, but it looks like it's just that the staff can't handle a simple order.

Returned the order after waiting 15 mins while about 10 drive through customers were put ahead of me because all of the fries and onion rings were way too salty. They replaced them with even saltier ones. I learned how it works around there so I ate them and kept my opinion to myself.

Had two chubby chicken burgers today. Awful taste each time. Must have been the sauce. I asked for no sauce on the snack wrap and there's fricking sauce in it. Honestly I'd have to say it has something to with the time of day but A and W use to be good 24/7 why isn't it that why it's open 27 hours a day. I haven't been more disappointed in this burger joint until over the past few weeks.
