Used to come all the time. Now with the change using play points it's the biggest scam. The kids finish way faster now because they're children, scanning over and over not to mention its much more expensive now. Taking one child cost me 65. No way will I ever come here again. It's a shame because for the price we're heading on over to another game establishment in the area for adults with way better games. Just have to watch your child more . If they go back to tokens for a reasonable price we'll be back. Not to mention waiting five minutes over and over being told for the dessert for the buffet (my son's favourite) then the odd man who works there just staring meanly at everyone. Just lurking the entire time so weird

Went here today for a a children’s birthday party. Great place for a kid to be a kid. It was loud, noisy, and kids were running all over the place. The kids had a ton of fun and that’s what it is all about. The unlimited cards are finicky though. It was frustrating for the kids and myself at times when the card wouldn’t read. Really impressed with the service that was provided. I didn’t catch the girls name, but she did a really great job of know what kids belong with that party and which adults were with the party. The food was great for the kids. Overall it was a great time and we would most likely return.

My 5 year old daughter and I often come here to play games. As a rule we choose not to eat here as we aren’t fans of the food. I feel the building has many maintenance issues and the bathrooms smell horribly. Not sure if it’s air fresheners or what... When we go we will stay a couple hours during the day on weekdays and will not see Chuck E Cheese once! The building is approximately 23 years old and i feel in need of a major renovation. We have had her last two birthday parties here. I must say our experiences with birthday parties has mainly been good and easy in the past! We came here within the past week and we were disappointed. I had a big bag of tokens left from a previous visit. Staff offered to convert our tokens to a play card. She said I should have enough points to play approximately 60 games. I really had a lot of coins so I went to the counter to ask if prices had increased. She said games cost double the price now! I was stunned. I already felt the prices were too high there considering you barely give any tickets when you do play a game in the first place. Double the price! Really?!?! I asked if it has anything to do with the Rec room opening across the street. She said things need to be a little more equal! She was polite and respectful. I didn’t want to be rude to the girl so I didn’t comment. The restaurant was nearly completely empty. I could see two managers and at least two other staff in the front. I ordered some cheesy bread I literally could not find one clean table in the place! I actually asked if someone could please wipe a table for us. The reality is chuck e cheese and the Rec room are far from equal! The food is horrible, the building is in need of renovation and in my experience the games or ticket munchers are often not working. Plus the prizes suck. They have offered the same prizes for the longest time! Birthday packages have also been changed. It seems the first two packages offered minimal game points so you’d almost be a moron to not choose the best package. It was very disappointing to see prices increase as much as they did. And the restaurant really does need a thorough cleaning and renovations. I know I would still consider having my daughters birthday party there with the best package but we would be inviting far less kids. The days of going to just play games together are done. Hands down we will be choosing the Rec Room. Its a no brainer to me. Way better experience in every single way!

This place is like a zoo! So crowded. We went there today, and they had like 10 birthday parties going on at the same time. The prizes you get for ticket are so cheap..you'll have to spend a lot of money to get a small toy where you can get them in a dollar store (dollar store toys are even better!)

Great for the kids. Just be careful of the token machines that provide no interaction.
