Ordered a jalapeno cheddar burger and a poutine in a combo. Totaled out to just below 15 dollars. Which as most people know you can go to a full service sit down resteraunt for. Burger was fast and given to me. Drove away without checking and they ended up giving and charging me for the wrong burger (bacon cheddar uncle burger). When you charge premium prices you have to make sure things like this doesn't happen especially through a drive through. Wrote a review into the resteraunt and got a auto mated response (we all know what those sound like) not impressed and will not be back to a a&w again for a very long time. Would advise against doing any kind of combo as they don't provide there combo prices (at least not noticably) on the board. Burger was decent. Except presentation was terrible.as all the veggies fell out did not look appetizing still nothing special

Great service, student employee brought lunch to our table which me and my friend agreed was unusual for fast food in 2018 but greatly appreciated it. Food was good good and made promptly.

Ordered two Teen Burger Condos with coupon. The trainee working the counter, while nervous, was very effectiveness and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty for fast food. I was impressed the fries were so fresh and hot. Real lettuce, not shredded. Lots of tables and benches. Free parking. Drive Thru. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was one Teen Burger was ordered without cheese and there was no marking on the burger bag and the trainee never told us which had no cheese.

This location has gone downhill the last 10 years. What used to be a respectable consistent business that served some of Albertas finest, is now a dull quiet place where every burger consumed is questioned on when it was actually cooked. Every so often I test my luck and hope I can have a burger from A&W without feeling unsure about my meal. But the staff who may be working hard seem completely miserable which aids my regret every time. If you need an A&W burger. And we all get that craving from time to time. Head to the Nisku location.

The new staff has really made a better atmosphere to the store and service
