Girls night out so we all decided to go to Joey's. Been here several times. I like this location, I find that the ventilation is better than other locations where you smell the frying oil right away and when you leave the smell is on your clothes. It was all you can eat fish and chips night for $16.99 which occurs every Tuesday. We all ordered the Pollock fish and when it came out we all had 2 large pieces to start with. The batter was light and crispy with no greasy taste. We all agreed it was delicious. The fries were your regular straight cut fries and the side of coleslaw were ok. We all ordered an additional two pieces each, they were delicious. Next time I might try the cod or haddock that's is priced at $21.00 for all you can eat. Our waitress was very attentive to us and very pleasant. Great friends, great food, great girls night out.

So they forgot 2 of my fish from my trio plate. No biggie when you get food like this. Our server ( Nikki ) was amazing. Servers can learn a thing or three from this gal 👍🏼

Food was moderate and price was a bit high (don't order the shrimp, very small amount and very expensive). Service was good.

We always enjoy the food and the service is usually very good and have been coming for many years. Lately, in the past 5 or more times that we have come, we are always feeling very rushed. When we order an appetizer, our main course comes when we are only 1/2 way or less through, in which our main meal gets cold. We find that we eat our food so fast that we have stomach aches when we get home. This is not an over the top priced place to eat but at the same time it is not what i would call cheap either. Normally, we come on a Friday nights.......wind down after a long week. We have had a lot of illness in our family in the past 6 months and this is our night to be able to sit, relax and enjoy a drink and good food. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case and we are very disappointed. Guess it is time for us and our friends to find a new place to go. (not very relaxing when the floors are being cleaned, chairs are being put up on tables and your food is coming at ultra speed)
