Very disappointed with this Boston Pizza location. With all due respect, I would like to share my few time experiences of going there. Food was always not bad, not any different than any other location, however portions are small and over priced, not to be rude but I don't think it should cost that much for what you offer. Most of the time the waitresses have been unfriendly, like the one time this one waitress passed by my table and gave me a dirty look. And most of the time the service is very slow. It would also be beneficial if some of those waitresses can do the math when we pay cash, to give us back required change and not try to take extra, it's my choice on how much I want to tip. I was happy to have a Boston Pizza in Bonnyville, however if things don't change for the better, I will easily have no choice but to go somewhere else in town that offers much better service and more friendly staff.

Always good recipes and nice atmosphere, but staffing is all over the place. My wife likes to eat healthy. Was told by the manager that we couldn’t change a beaded chicken breast to grilled without adding 40% to the cost of a lunch meal. Customer service says yes. She wouldn’t budge. Overall, the food prep is inconsistent, the service is mediocre at best, and the manager is unwilling to manage a customer service oriented business with the customer in mind. Today forever lost my business, and I’ll share this story with my friends. I want to like Boston pizza! But you make it hard.

Valentine day. Eating alone but everyone very cheery and making everyone welcome. Great Flatbread spicy Italian . And Caesar salad. Great service. Even after causing spilled drinks and broken glasses.

Ate at this BP twice in one week, once for a late supper, then a few days later for lunch. For the supper we were served our chicken wings with no plates or napkins. We did ask the waitress for plates after she stopped to ask how everything was, but after waiting for several minutes I got up and went and stuck my head in the kitchen and asked a server if we could get plates. This would not have been a big deal had the place been busy, but there were only 3 other tables with customers, I’m not sure how she would have been had the place been busy. For the lunch we ordered the noon hour special with cactus fries and a coffee, for the two of us our bill was 45 dollars, so much for the noon hour special.
