Good Service

The place is nice and busy, the food is okay and can be better. Service is good, specially the bartender (Darwin) is awesome and respectful, he was friendly and gives you best service ! Earls are lucky to have him. Also, the manager on duty was very nice and she was friendly.

I am a frequent attendee of Earls. Been to many of them, and always pleased with the quality and product. Tonight got to meet with Tyler a part of management and he dealt with us with grace and professionalism. Overall the atmosphere of this location is beautiful. Nice low lighting and cute little details of their brand around. Definitely recommend the Dry Ribs. Always a good starter.

I’ve been here twice now. The first time was lovely. We swap tables with a large group of people already there that wanted to seat together, we got multiple people helping us, they kept bringing food and drinks for the other group to our table even though we had told them we had swap tables. We didn’t mind because our orders were right, the food delicious and everyone was friendly. Last night unfortunately we sat at the patio and our server didn’t showed up until asked to be helped. It was disappointing to see that our server turned out to be around the tables next to ours since we arrived and never came to see us. We asked twice to get us a second drink since he seemed to had forgotten completely.

I haven't been to this Earls location in maybe 3 or 4 years because I always hated how loud it was and how many drunk people were inside. It's completely different now. I was pleasantly surprised by how much more professional the staff acts now compared to years ago. Our server Emily was amazing. Everything she recommended was fantastic and she really knew a lot about the menu and had great wine suggestions. We're definitely going back and will be doing so on a regular basis. Hopefully we can sit in her section again. The food was amazing. I really liked the changes they've made since I last ate there years ago. We'll have to try their brunch as well at some point as Emily recommended it. Kudos to management for turning things around. I appreciate it and you've earned my business back. Peter

Not the Earl's you remember. Food was mediocre at best, certainly not worth the price tag. My pasta was luke-warm, husband's steak and lobster was tasty, but tail was pretty tiny however we are in Alberta so... Understandable. Service however was good. Will try again.

Just had an amazing brunch at the newly renovated Earls Bankers Hall. The food was really good: tried the Benny and the waffles. Beer selection is very diverse and it was easy to find a few that piqued my interest. Apart from the food and drinks, our server was fantastic! Alyssa R took great care to provide a memorable experience at this new Earls. We look forward to returning soon. Well done.
