Was purchasing breakfast at the location on Stephan Ave and asked if I could use the washroom to wash my hands before I ate, I was told by the swing manager that if they have seating for under 20 people they don't have open it, not impressed. As well the manager really needs a lesson on her people skills, I didn't think McDonald's could stoop any lower. I will find a new location to visit, the one on 8 street and 7 Ave are always so nice and accommodating, should have stopped at that one.

I'm sorry I have to rate this only two stars. The staff are generally great and orders are up to McDonald's standards. Sadly most of the non-paying clientele and riff-raff give this a major downgrade. Felt sorry for the family that brought their kid in for lunch. Don't even think about using the restrooms. Who knows what you may contract or walk in on. Disgusting. Again, I really feel sorry for the staff here. They should get way more support to deal with what they have to.

Food taste like other McDonalds. The area is not that safe. A lot of scary people hang out in this place. This is a busy place and customer service is not up to standards

As far as a McDonald's goes, it's food quality is above average when compared to other franchises. However, due to the rampant amount of riff-raff that this location attracts, expect the restaurant to smell like piss, have the occasional broken menu screens, as well as regular police walk thrus. I would suggest taking out, if you want to eat in, move to the Scotia Center food court where there's a security presence. This McDonald's is pretty much a 5 star on the relative quality of the food, but the people it attracts due to the location, as well as a lack of security, is abysmal.

At this restaurant if you come during rush hour you are going to receive slow service. I'd say between 2-6pm I would avoid as there is tons of people in this tiny little McDonald's outlet. They also seemed like they were understaffed, had the manager working the fry station, one employee handing out orders, 2 at the registers and only one poor person making food in the back of the restaurant. Compared to the crowfoot location during rush hour (which has decently fast service during peak times) this location sucks. Also there's tons of homeless people/druggies loitering around the restaurant which makes it super uncomfortable to sit in the restaurant, with the smell of cigarettes lingering around as you eat your big mac. I will probably only stop here if I really need to, get in then get out.
