What a fantastic adventure in food this was. If you have heard of the workshop then likely you have heard of their "improv" offering. For those that haven't, this is a meal option where the chef chooses what to serve. This comes in 3 and 5 course options along with drink pairing if you like. We decided on the 5 course and we weren't disappointed. We were not in a rush and I will say that this option does take some time (about 2 hours for me and my wife). The service was terrific from our server Bobby. His level of attention was perfect, always there when needed but subtle in his delivery of the meal. I will definitely be going back for another food adventure sometime soon. Can't wait to see what I get next time.

I arranged a work dinner here in January and Branden and his team went above and beyond to help me. I looked last minute for a reservation on a Friday for 20 people and Workshop was thankfully open. I met with Branden to look at the space and only had 10 minutes to talk. He made it quick while covering all my questions and was very accommodating. He was able to easily change around our group menu and add a few more items to choose from. We reserved the whole mezzanine and wow was it a great experience! The atmosphere was great. Branden and his team waved the rental fee because of our large group and the food and drinks were quick and absolutely delicious. They were versatile with the menu and made a separate vegan dish upon request very quickly. The flavours all complimented each other and even our picky eaters in the group polished off their plates. Our server was amazing and tended to everything we needed. My favorite dish was the fried cauliflower. I'm still hearing compliments about what a great experience it all was! Thank you Branden and Workshop Kitchen for making our event memorable!!

Great place for lunch!!! Been here half a dozen times for lunch now, they have a great lunch menu and quick lunch specials. Their lunch specials change daily with an offering of either season or protein, soup or salad, dessert, and one of their home made soda pops. Everything is always absolutely delicious and esthetically pleasing. It really does look as a good as it tastes!!! Service is always excellent, very friendly, and very professional. Atmosphere is professional yet casual. Very clean and well organized.

Really excellent food, cool but not comfortable - feels like a workshop which is what they were going for but the result is lack of comfort especially if you are sticking around for awhile. We did the 5 course meal with drink pairings and I found the food amazing but the drink pairings not good at all. I would only go here to do something off the regular menu and not the tasting menu. Think its pretty pricy for what you are getting overall. Went the once, haven't had a desire to go back yet. Have to lower it down overall for price and comfort.

Absolutely superb experience. Best meal we have had in years. Jennifer went above and beyond. The trout was outstanding and all the dishes had depth of flavour.
