Havnt been to a Red Robin in some time. Went here today to try something different. Was seated amongst tables that were still covered in dirty dishes and half eaten food. These tables remained uncleared for the entire time we were in the restaurant. Could see numerous other tables the same way. Noted one server taking dirty plates from other patrons and stacking them on the nearby tables already full of dirty cups and plates and walk away. Could see staff sitting at the bar and doing apparently nothing in the middle of a dirty 2/3 empty restaurant. Food was not very good at all. Couldn't get over being surrounded by dirty dishes and half eaten smelly food. Won't be back. Five guys here I come.

Just had my favorite dish at Windermere Red Robin " Encinada Chicken Platter ". Perfect!! Also, was treated very well by Taylor the bartender. He knows me so well that when I arrive, he gets me my beer and orders my dinner before I sit down at the bar. Excellent!!!

It was great We arrived last Sunday morning at 11a.m. We arrived early so we woudnt have to wait. Food was fast and service was great. We were ready for a bill when our server told us that manager decided to take care of our bill. We were having a bad morning as our truck was stolen And Manager decided to make our day... thank you:-)

This place used to be great when it first opened. Now I find every visit is getting worse. Quality of food has gone way down, it's almost horrible actually. Service is still friendly but has become incredibly slow. My kid and I eat here usually twice a month but I'm done with being disappointed, time to find a new favorite.
