Went into this place on st Patrick’s day. Waited at the bar for 20 minutes waiting to get served as people around me got orders filled. I finally spoke to the bartender who acted like ordering two beers from him was the worst thing I could have done. Waited 5 more minutes and watched the bartender serve other people and didn’t even think about pouring my pints. I turned around and walked out and will never return. I will also share my experience with my friends and family who travel out to Canmore a lot as we bought places out here. Terrible service, terrible environment. Would not recommend going.

Poor service, mediocre food. Was served a cold bowl of soup. Asked the waitress if she could warm it up? She said sure, and was never seen again. Very bizarre. There's much better pubs and patios to visit in Canmore.

Every time we visit Canmore, we have at least one meal at the Rose & Crown. We haven't been disappointed yet. The service is great and the food has a homemade flavor. Overall a great place to eat.

The recent renovation worked wonders for the rose. The new menu offers better selection at a great price. And they still he the best wings and patio in town.

Was down there 1 week ago for a few days away from home. Was looking for a pub with dartboards and hit the jackpot with these guys. I even sent a message on Facebook and was responded too very promptly We had a very friendly waitress and one of my favourite beer on tap. We actually ended up coming back a second night. Good beer, good environment and really good darts area other than the foosball table kinda being in the way when all 3 boards are being used. We will be back again and probably eat there next. Thanks again
