We could have had something beautiful but you ruined it. I have finally gotten around to writing a few reviews, though late. We ate here in October just before the Lake Louise tea houses were closing for the season. The menu is good, the food was really good but after the meal I went to use the washroom. When I was washing my hands a fellow in his late teens or twenties exited the toilet stall, paused briefly watching me wash my hands and then decided that he was good without washing. As he was exiting the washroom he paused and asked me if I enjoyed my meal. I said it was very good, he looked happy and then left. Pause for a few seconds as this sunk in and you guessed it, on the way back to my table I was able to see part of the kitchen and he was in there, part of the kitchen staff. With my stomach in a knot we left vowing never to return. On a side note, the waitress was good before and during the meal but we didn't see her for a while when we were waiting to get the bill so we could leave. That's a bit of a pet peeve for restaurants when they make you wait unnecessarily when you want to leave.

Wonderful food. Fast and friendly service and a beautiful view! I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict and my wife had the French toast. Both meals were superb!

I was looking forward to trying this place and it met every expectation. The Bene Montreal smoked meat poutine was the perfect way to start a Saturday. The restaurant is beautiful, service on a busy day was fast. Can’t wait to return and try dinner.

We went here for Dinner and breakfast. Our dinner was 5 star, absolutely delicious and the plating was only something you see on Iron Chef. I had steak and hubby had Porc Rocquefort, our daughter had chicken strips. The steak was cooked perfect, the chicken fingers was not what we expected, better actually, they were homemade with amazing flavor. The Porc according to hubby was the best. Breakfast was once again perfect
