Ibu is one amazing lady, and her restaurant exhibits a friendly, authentic environment. The food takes you on a journey, with different tones and complementary flavours jumping at you throughout, and the heat of the dishes leaves your senses elevated. We tried a few different dishes and we enjoyed each one. Ask for their specials, and order a coconut rice.

Family run with delicious (halal) eats! My favorite ethnic place to eat, short of flying out to beautiful Indonesia.

Top class - and fully Halal - South East Asian cuisine. Friendly atmosphere and service and actually nicely decorated inside and immaculately clean inside despite looking ordinary on the outside, so it's good for dates, families etc.

We were looking for Indonesian food and found this restaurant located on 17th ave. SE on Google maps. We decided to venture out there and didn't regret it! The food was amazing. It is on the more expensive side, but the dishes we had were amazing. Also, the service was great. They were helpful and kind and answered our questions, which always elevates a customer experience. I think their Rendang dish was voted the #1 dish in the world on CNN, 2011 -- which is pretty cool. Overall, a great restaurant!

Great food, strong flavours and a nice place to eat with your loved. Authentic indonesian cuisine with a wide variety of delicious beef items. You have to try Rendang. Beef is slowly roasted over a number of hours. Their Shrimp and chicken rice and noodles are delicious too. A bit pricy though. But you'd be licking your fingers.
