Awesome and amazing service, food and atmosphere. Went last night for a birthday. Glad I made reservation..Place was packed and very busy. Had Jace as server. Very polite and friendly. All staff here work together very well. My compliments to the chef. Spaghetti with mushroom sauce, absolutely delicious. Thank you so much to all staff.

My wife and I ate here this last week and we were very impressed with the service and quality of food that we received. The staff was very prompt with service from the time we arrived till the time we received the bill and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that is wanting to enjoy a nice night out for dinner.

Had an outstanding experience at this location last night. Had very pleasent staff take care of us, and they even gave us a bunch of free bread to take him with us. They treated us very well overall, and took care of any concerns swiftly. Also, even though we cam in near closing they did not make us feel rushed to leave. 5 stars! Family favorite!!

After walking out of East Side Mario’s tonight because they ignored us. We came to the old spagetti factory! I was so impressed with the quality and quantity of food. They seated us promptly upon arrival and the service was terrific. Thank you Jocelynn for taking such good care of us!
