Marvelous meal - ordered traditional rice with garlic bulb & meat, which was tender & juicy. Dumplings soup was itself a full meal, nicely cooked & served with herbs. Tried Liver skewer - phenomenally tasty, it was tender, juicy & crispy - cooked with with chunks of fat. Also tried chicken kebab - grilled with layer of fat, which makes it super tasty & crispy. End the meal with traditional green tea. Highly recommended & try a bit of these & u wouldn't be disappointed.

The food we ordered was not fresh, we ordered more food but the waitress forgot to tell the kitchen staff and made us wait for almost an hour with the impression that our food was coming, the dessert we got was very old and hard, will not be returning. REPLYING TO THE OWNER: Yes, it was BEGIM that we visited in Calgary. The whole atmosphere was very disorganized and the waitress didn't know what she was doing. This visit was over a year ago and honestly I have no interest in emailing you because we wont ever be visiting this restaurant again, but thank you for your response. Hopefully the food quality has gotten better for your future customers.

Amazing halal option in the city. Restaurant owners are friendly and place is really clean, with a homely touch. Highly, highly recommended. Really sincere Uzbek food. They make everything from scratch. We had the manti and the Uzbek pilav to go. Tasted really good even after 5hrs on the road. We heard they will be expanding the menu soon, really looking forward to the new additions. All the best!

The flavors are beautiful. The lamb kebabs are the best lamb I've ever had. The rice pilaf (plov) is a wonderful meat and garlic dish. And finished up with bird's milk cake and it was the perfect meal. With every penny, and it's not too costly. Great value for money.
