Love this place. The food is so good and they have pretty fast service considering they're always busy and they make everything fresh. Gotta try the Portuguese tarts. They also have a coke freestyle machine which is so much fun to experiment with. They have plenty of seating but can be crowded sometimes. You can also get takeout if need be.

Amazing chicken and great service. It can take some time as they get very busy. Make sure you go with plenty of time to spare. You can also order takeaway and pick it up at your convenience. Save a little bit of room for dessert as they have amazing Portuguese custards. They've really expanded their menus lately as well, a lot more options for sides and customized chicken entrees.

One of my favourite restaurants in Calgary. Grilled chicken is so good and the best thing is you can even choose the type of spice that you want on your chicken if it’s mild or extra hot. My wife and I always go here at least once a month and this is a well recommended place to go especially for a family.

I love Nando's (after only trying it for the first time this past year). My typical lunch for the week is a quartered up roast chicken from Costco, but Nando's chicken is on another level. The Peri-Peri seasoning is sooo good. All the sauces are good too (you can pick up a huge bottle of the hot Peri-Peri sauce at Costco too). Great location for a dinner. Service is fast, drinks are unlimited from their cool soda fountain that has what seems to be a million different flavours. If you haven't had Nando's yet, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Much much better than KFC/Swiss Chalet or any of those types of semi-fast food chicken.

This is a slightly odd restaurant. They do have a unique cuisine, being South African/Portuguese based. The food 8s good, chicken is well cooked, and good fries, with deent portions. However, the ordering set-up is very unusual. You sit down, and are given a menu. You make your choices, then go to the ordering counter/desk to place your order. You then pick up your order at another counter, after which you you go to a separate area to get your utensils. Obviously, your hands are now full, so you return to your table, then go back to get your beverage (s), condiments, and Nando's sauces (ranging from mild to hot). It seems to be a cafeteria type set up, yet it isn't priced that way nor does it initially presents itself that way, as the tables or booths are fairly nice, not of cafeteria quality at all. Not sure I will be returning. Might be OK for a family night out, definitely not suited for a date.
