The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The whole restaurant seemed to by very clean and the food is presumably very healthy. I have eaten here twice and the flavours just donâ€™t suit my tastebuds. Everything else is great and I imagine there are tons of people that love their food.

I'm usually a huge fan of Freshii and have been going to this location regularly since it opened. This time around I was pretty disappointed... I ordered a pangoa bowl today with no meat add-ins (I'm a vegetarian) and brought it back to work with me on the other side of the city. When I opened it, I realized that they had put chicken in it. On top of that, the avocado in my bowl was mostly brown. The staff had to have noticed, since it would have been brown when they assembled my meal 5 minutes ago. By this time, I was back at work and couldn't drive back to Freshii to have it remade. I ate what I could around the chicken and brown avocado, but I was definitely not pleased. I hope this was just a one-off and that service isn't going downhill.

Great staff...very knowledgable about the menu items. Very clean. After we ordered and paid they brought us complementary smoothie samples. The bowls were bug enough to divide into 2 lunches for myself and my girls. If you have a larger appetite they would certainly fill you. Would definitely eat here again.

Nothing better than a nice warm soup on a cold day. They use quality healthy ingredients for their food . Service is consistently good and friendly

Worst experience ever. We ordered a couple bowls from freshii thru SkiptheDishes, one of them being a custom bowl with a steak add in for the protein. The custom bowl was missing the steak and they added in crunchy chickpeas instead of fresh ones. I called freshii and spoke to two girls named Kalen and Teegan. Both girls told me that they could not refund me and laughed on the phone when I asked for a refund, saying that there was nothing they could do. All they continued to do on the phone is laugh. They said that we would have to drive to freshii to pick up the order of steak... we ordered thru SkiptheDishes so we didnâ€™t have to drive. We paid a delivery driver. We also live on the opposite end of the city. They were the two rudest employees I have ever come across in my life. I will say that SkiptheDishes was wonderful in getting us a refund but we will NEVER order or go to freshii again.
