McDonald's coffee is GOOD. Their lattes are as good as much more expensive shops. Try their menu out for yourself!

I visited this McDonalds a few times before remembering that I had a coupon book. I used a coupon for a breakfast meal and the attendant tried to take my coupon. I told her that she no longer needed to do that, and to imagine if if was visiting a McDonalds with a kiosk. It flew over her head. I called the manager who was passing and said the same, what if I was at a kiosk in another McDonalds. They don't take your coupon. She seemed to not understand or care. They didn't take my coupon when I said "fine, I'll just have a coffee then", but it left me annoyed. I pass through downtown on my way to my very far away job, and so would prefer to deal with them than this location. They are far more professional. Additionally, this location surprised me that the bring palates of goods into their store through the main door. It's a super new store and I'm surprised that no one thought that over the course of the life of a McDonalds restaurants you would need deliveries, so maybe we should build a side delivery location. The staff was efficient for all my dealings. They quickly forgot who I was though. As someone who works in a similar job right now I sort of get it, but at the time it wasn't busy. I'd sooner stop downtown and take an extra 20 min on my way to work than deal with this location.

Service was incredibly slow. Not one single staff member had any motivation to move at a pace faster than slow. On the up side my food was hot nut that was because nothing was ready. The lobby is dirty every single time I've been there. There was also stock piled by the emergency exit and area closed off with a pallet dangerously standing on its side waiting to fall on somebody. The space was needed as the restaurant was full. Very disappointed!

I would've given this Mcdonald's a 1 star, but that would be unfair towards the other workers there. There was this one worker in particular that really stuck me as unprofessional, and unsanitary. I ordered a drink and it took 10 minutes for that employee to grab the cup and give it to me, and only gave it once we complained. I remember another incident where he was clearly seen rummaging through the trash before serving the food, to other customers, which is absolutely appalling. This man clearly isn't well trained, despite working there everytime we come to the location. The management team needs to step up and correct this behavior. .

Horrible. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and they haven’t even started making my meal. Only two staff. This place is horrible! Stay away!
