I'm not impressed. I went through the drive thru at approximately 7:20pm on May 9, 2018. I ordered a big mac meal (extra mac sauce and extra onions) and a grilled cheese happy meal with 3 mayo packages in The bag. The order taker was great, he asked all the appropriate questions (what drinks were wanted, fries or apple slices for the happy meal and if i wanted a toy or a book with the happy meal) and keyed in my order correctly, even appeared correct on the screen. At the pick up window I was informed that they were out of happy meal boxes, which was fine. She almost didn't give me the kids drink, then I had to ask why I got a book instead of a toy and with a snooty attitude was Tod they didn't have toys. My order was NOT filled correctly. I got cold fries in both meals and they didn't even have salt on them (I never stated no salt), the grilled cheese was cold the cheese not even melted so the bun pieces stayed together, my big mac looked thrown together basically a big mess in the box, the patties were half off the bun, pickles not even on the burger and the cheese 3/4 in the box, 1/4 on the burger. To top it all off the mayo packages I ordered AND paid for weren't even in the bag. I got 1 straw for 2 drinks. When I tried calling it just kept ringing and then some generic answering message not even stating it was for McDonald's. This is ridiculous and then some.

I love his McDonald’s! They have a great play area for the kids including slides, a little trampoline, some cool corridors, a lot of climbing and a bubble area for them to use as an observation post in their games! The second thing I love about this one is they have free coffee refills. I have never ever run into another McDonald’s that does this. Altogether we had a good time.

Came here yesterday with my boyfriend, my meal was cold, his wasn’t. After about an hour I started to feel sick. I still feel Ill after a whole day. Maybe you guys should start focusing on customer safety and health before you kill someone. You can’t leave food at room temperature for hours. (Common sense but it’s obvious mine was left out) so done with this place. It’s not fun going to work when you feel like vomiting.

I always leave happy from this location, very friendly staff that ensure each order is perfect! The food is always prepared well and not just quickly thrown together like I get from other locations occasionally. When ordering directly to the table a staff member always brings it over with a smile on their face.

Twice in the past week we have gone through the drive through with a valid $4.50 coupon for a burger and medium fries. Twice we were told our total was $5.05. That is 55 cents tax on $4.50 not the 22.5 cents it should be. When questioned we are told the prices went up it is $4.80 not $4,50 as the coupon states. A $4.50 coupon is a $4.50 coupon!!! We feel bad for the cashier who has to deal with this deceptive pricing.
