The service is excellent. I find the menu and the food bland. It's a comfortable environment, with solid basic plates. They're very proud of their directly sourced ingredients, but it doesn't come through in flavor in the menu options I've tried. Super cinnamon buns, without doubt, and the borscht is also excellent. If your folks from the country are in town, this is a good choice; otherwise, I think there is more adventurous value to be had in Edmonton.

It was my first diner experience and was better than I expected. The food was decent. Loved their fajitas and tabbouleh. Did not get a chance to try their cinnamon buns or drink menu, but will do the next time i go there. I loved some of the artwork that they showcase there. From what I know, this place is usually packed.

Very nice, great staff. Food was not my preference, but nothing wrong with it. I was looking for a greasy breakfast to wake me up from a long night, menu here is just too healthy for that. Bonus that nearly everything was homemade/from scratch. Ketchup was a definite thumbs down though unfortunately.

Had the best family brunch at Highlevel Diner. Great service! Great food! Gluten free friendly. It was awesome.

They fit our large group very quickly on a busy Sunday afternoon. Everyone working there was super friendly. A few of our orders came out wrong and the food was only okay. I would get it another try. The cinnamon buns are 10/10
