My wife and I have gone here 4 times and have always had Great 5 🌟 worthy service!! The food was Great the first 2 visits however the 3rd time the Mac and Cheese was a miss and finally on our last Friday night dinner the bun on my Chicken Burger was different from the usual and hard as a Rock! This is were true service makes a Huge difference, the waitress promptly let us know that there would be no charge for the food! Needles to say I left feeling fairly treated and will return! The place is very well set up to enjoy a beer and burger with lots of 📺 if you're a sports person. Great selection of beers and a well done menu. True 4 🌟 place. Take the guys or your better half and enjoy the downtown atmosphere. Hope this helps.

Really nice atmosphere, I love the roof top patio. Inside is great as well! Great drink and food selection. I'm always impressed with the care and attention to gluten free orders and options. Always nice to have a place you know will be good food with options and not have to worry about getting sick!

Good selection of beers here. Likely the largest in Edmonton. The place is huge and offers 3 stories of seating. The roof top patio is nice in the summer but hard to find seating. The food is decent and not too expensive. It features typical pub food.

Went here on a Friday night with a group of about ten people. The atmosphere is very open, and allows for easy conversation. Even though you'd think other patrons voices would carry, they do not. I ordered fish tacos which were about the saddest display I have ever seen. There was literally a dollar sized piece of fish in each taco. As well, the fire alarm went off, and everyone had to exit. It appeared the fire trucks would be there a while, so my party went to a nearby pub, and ordered drinks. A little while after we ordered, the waitress from the Craft appeared and told us we could come back now. By the time we got back to Craft, our food was cold, and the drinks were flat. If you are pressing on customers to come back after a nuisance that happened through no fault of their own, at least replace the drinks and food.

Craft is a great place! Lots of tables so a long wait is quite rare. The staff are great. Most of them know their stuff when it comes to beer and can help you pair drinks with food. Noise level can get to be what I would call a 7/10. Great for for a date, a large group meeting or watching the game!
