Great food, great atmosphere. Unfortunately we had clients in on an overly busy night and our server was working very hard but she was only one person with a few large groups. I blame poor management for allowing this to fall on the servers. Overall great place but on shift management need to be more attentive and step in to help. A good manager just doesn't manage - they lead.

Excellent service and good food. Price was much more than what I would have expected from this kind of venue so be aware.

The maitre'd was incredibly rude, she forgot to get change for to go coffees ordered, and she scooted us out right after we paid. My friend and I felt very unwanted. I do not recommend this place unless you are equally rude.

Been here multiple times over the years (along with the west end and downtown locations). Service has always been excellent at all locations. Wine list is solid. But the pastas have been gradually going downhill in taste/quality since I first went to Sorrentinos. Unfortunately, there's much better places for authentic Italian in this city nowadays.

The gentleman who served us had a very good attitude. Even though they were closed, never rushed us. Food was good too.
