First time at Claresholm DQ. Not super impressed. I always get my chicken strips tossed in Buffalo sauce. Every other DQ does this for me. But the manager here refused, saying they can only toss them in the honey garlic, and the buffalo sauce must be served on the side. The reason given was that they didn't have an extra container. Not impressed. Food takes a long time, but I'm feeling a little silly for having begged them to coat my chicken and I'm ready to apologize, but when they bring the food, there is no buffalo sauce. I say "where is the side of buffalo sauce?" And he starts condescendingly pointing to the ranch and saying I didn't order buffalo sauce. I pull up my receipt and point to the three side orders I paid for. The food was delicious, and I admit my own bad mood was not helping, but I am wholly unimpressed by the customer service.

Staff are OK, food is good. Place was clean when I have been there. Like the atrium dining room.

My sons wrap was the only thing decent. My 6 piece barely had any fries andone of the six was a chunk that i could wrap my finger and thumb around completly and my wifes wrap had a chunk of lettuce root an inch thick and almost twice as long. Ridiculous.

Service was extremely slow waited almost 30 minutes- could be solely as it was busy and understaffed. Meal was good but blizzard was already melted when I received it.

Five stars for the buffalo chicken strips and cookie dough blizzards. Pulling out of the drive thru can be hairy if someone turns in hot off the street. Pretty fast too.
